Basic Outline
Initial Meeting : Assessment
Discuss intentions, outcomes, current challenges and timing. Dialog to determine your area of growth, current commitments and program length.
Second Meeting: Activation
Delivery of your new practice. Receive a step by step audio and digital guide. Pavanjeet will guide you through your new practice, explain the benefits of this particular practice & answer any question or concerns.
Third Meeting: Refinement
After trying your custom practice, reconvene to assess and refine your program. Here we’ll address any resistances and make appropriate adjustments to meet you where you are and challenge you.
Fourth Meeting : Expansion
Now that you’re solid in your new practice, expand and advance, practicing exercises with Pavanjeet. Strengthen your existing program, address any arising issues and expand your capacity.
Fifth Meeting : Reinforcement
When you’re feeling wobbly or insecure, fortify your intention and direction with encouragement and yogic wisdom.
This is often when support is most needed during our commitment.
Sixth Meeting : Integration
Integrate the work you’ve done and define your path forward after the program. Outline the next steps and intentions beyond working with Pavanjeet. Make clear commits to carry your progress forward.
