Two Main Intentions of BREATHE:
Develop your natural breath to find more ease, peace and presence EVERYDAY
Equip you with a toolbox of breath-work quick-fixes to support self-regulation, ease falling asleep, mental clarity, relieving panic / stress, maintaining focus, etc.
At 16, I learned the utter importance of breath when my lungs collapsed. That rehabilitation was my first experience of breath-work.
Then at 28, I was given the name Pavanjeet which means “victory of the breath of life” or “teacher of victory”. This sparked a curiosity of how to utilize the breath to overcome life’s challenges.
BREATHE is the result of my own profound experience of over 10 years of daily practice. Over the last 5 years, I’ve offered this course to hundreds of clients finding profound results with simple tools and a 20 minute daily practice.

“I took this course in September and it was life changing. I’ve had a mediation practice for years, incorporating breath work has given me so much more vitality and clarity. I didn’t realize how much energy I had until I learned how to move and release it. Pavanjeet is amazing and I cannot recommend this course enough. Transformative.”
- Dr. Stefanie Greenleaf, Acupuncturist

Pavanjeet is artful in his capacity to teach to and include all types of people in his course. He brings heart, humility, and humor to his generous offerings. Better enroll now because this human is the real deal and I bet we'll see him on Oprah one day :)”

His down to earth presence and clear communication really work for me.”

“I really deepened my relationship with my breath and spirituality through this course. A month later, I am still using the breathing techniques we learned on a near daily basis. The class's foundation in Kundalini yoga made it unique from other breathwork classes.”
- 2023 BREATHE Participant
“The breathwork course with Pavanjeet was a transformative experience, offering a comprehensive and practical approach to improving both breathing and overall well-being. Pavanjeet's teaching method was highly effective, breaking down each type of breathwork into manageable segments during each session. This approach allowed for a deep understanding and mastery of techniques before progressing to the next set, ensuring a strong foundation was established throughout the course.
Pavanjeet's clear explanations and use of real-life examples made complex concepts accessible and applicable. He skillfully demonstrated when and how to practice different breath patterns, bridging theory with practical implementation. Beyond just breath mechanics, the course emphasized the profound impact of breathwork on mindfulness, stress reduction, and emotional balance, offering a pathway to living a more centered and fulfilling life. Pavanjeet's passion and expertise as a teacher shone through, creating a supportive and enriching learning environment that encouraged personal growth and exploration. Overall, the course was an exceptional journey guided by an outstanding teacher, highly recommended for anyone seeking to enhance their quality of life through breathwork.”
- Madhavi Rao, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Northern Virginia
“BREATHE was just what I needed to reinforce my existing Pranayama and Kundalini practice, this time with community accountability and a level of guidance that offered many pearls from which to deepen my practice. This course has helped me connect more deeply with my full breath, discover ways I was still breathing too shallow, while helping me get comfortable with exploring and pushing past my edges. I thrive in community-settings for learning, and having the option to Zoom was really helpful for my busy schedule. Also, turns out I needed some serious tuning up to my breath of fire technique.
The thing about this course, is it's not just the breathing and meditation, it's the insights and teachings Pavanjeet shares from his heart with humor and grace, and its the community of individuals all staying accountable to daily practice for 40 days. Our breaths are numbered on this earth, while enjoying the gift of life on this planet, how do you want to use your breaths? This course allowed me to reflect on ways I can be kinder to my lungs, practices to navigate challenges at work and in life, and the confidence to know I can practice this anytime, anyplace, to stay in balance and in presence. I feel more embodied and present, and much more resourced after taking this class. Thank you Pavanjeet!”
— Johnnie Heider-Kuhn, Clinical Herbalist
"This is my second time taking Pavanjeet's, 'How To BREATHE Six Weeks to Vital Living' class and it has been a true life saving endeavor. Through this daily practice of attunement with myself, and ultimately the Divine, I have been able to break unhealthy patterns and cultivate new, healthier thoughts and behaviors consistently. i feel much more relaxed, grounded and am sleeping better. I really am starting to understand myself at a deeper level. This feels like real self- love. And, not only has it filled me with greater joy, but this practice has increased my ability to listen not only to myself, but to others, and the natural world."
- Susan V. Saralegui, MA, LPC, ATR

I now have a toolbox of exercises that will be helpful for the rest of my life.”
- Avery Stonich, Boulder
“Feeling blessed to have received these teachings. The breath practices serve as a toolkit to navigate the challenges of life and enable me to be the best version of myself. My role in the revolution our world needs is to first transform myself, and this course supports me on that path.”
- Anna Franke, Denver CO
“I started with Pavanjeet a year and half ago with his BREATHE course. One minute breath and the breath opening exercises completely changed my life 360 degrees in such a positive way! My fight or flight and startle reflex is way down, I don't have emotional meltdowns anymore, I'm sleeping better, and sugar cravings are less. I have also completed 9 one on one sessions with Pavanjeet and it has been a complete game changer. Because of Pavanjeet's breathwork and talented teaching style, I no longer have anxiety and panic attacks, I'm less irritable, and overall healthier! Pavanjeet has also helped in the area of sexual intimacy through breathwork and yoga sets to improve my relationship with my husband. If you are on the fence whether it is worth it to spend the money, it is 100% worth it! If you're willing to do what Pavanjeet teaches, your life will change for the better! I highly recommend Pavanjeet for his breathwork courses and one on one sessions.”
- Amy Kane, Houston Texas
“I have always wanted to take breath work courses and never found any or had an opportunity to take one. This year has been very challenging for me. A lot of loss and confusion, feelings of lack and inability. I have developed anxiety due to the constant hurdles, deaths and changes that have occured this year. So much so that for a portion, I felt like I loss touch with myself, spritual practice and want to continue doing the necessary work to be a beacon of light and healer in the world. My lifes work is dedicated to regenerative agriculture and systems that are resilient in the face of the future. I felt hopeless and felt as though my nervous system had been on overload for many months. This was exhausting and made me feel completely out of my center.
Compounded with this, every year in my 30's (I am 33) I have experienced a severe injury to my body. This January I fell and really damaged my knee while walking our dog. This caused an inability to pursue a favorite hobby of mine which is dance. This really scared me, made me feel weak and out of control. On top of this, I felt pressure to also pursue a masters degree following right after my undergrad. This (as you can read) was just overwhelming. It was too much. I felt very ungrounded and unable to return to my center.
Then I met Mitra and he recommended his partner who was a kundalini instructor. Before meeting Pavanjeet, I had been practicing kundalini in response to my knee injury as PT was not successful. Kundalini Yoga healed my knee injury almost completely. It was incredible to witness. To be able to have movement again brought my heart joy in so many ways. Then we decided to take this breathe work course. This course literally has changed my life. It allowed me to release stuck sadness, depression and anxiety. It allowed me to reconnect with my body in ways I have never been able to before. It allowed me to deal with bigot family members causing my nervous system to spike and then to have tools to immediately bring it back down. For the first time in a long time, I felt like myself again.
Through my spiritual practice, I work with the tangible elements. This breathe work course has allowed me to realize that by working with breathe, we are working with the air element. Having this realization deepened my practice and integrated my previous practices into this. Having this class had allowed me to feel present, feel like I have control of my body and allow me to express my emotions and allow energy to flow in a way that makes me feel more confident, less anxious and overall more embodied.
This class has changed my life so much that I have cried countless times being so grateful to have met Mitra and Pavanjeet. On top of the breathe work, witnessing queer family be aligned with similar practices such as my own has been very inspiring and due to this, this has strengthened my want to be that inspiration to others even more. There are not words to express my gratitude and I hope to take a more advanced level course to continue this life long journey of being in relationship with my breathe. I am forever in gratitude for Pavanjeets kindness, humility, funny sense of humor and willingness to help heal people through breathe. Cheers to many more experiences in learning and collaborating together.”
— Nelson Heider-Kuhn, Drylands Agroecology Research
“I would like to share my recent experiences working with Pavanjeet. I took a breath workshop series with him this April/May, and have been doing some 1:1 work with him since that time and both have been an amazing experience. His breath workshop series gave me so many tools and resources on how to breath to better manage my central nervous system and deal with a variety of situations - whether at work, home, with friends, etc. HIs course taught me so much, including learning about and observing myself, my own breath, what my breath and body need, and what my capacity is for caring for myself in a way my body and central nervous system indicate to me they are capable of managing. This latter part has come from my 1:1 sessions with him.
Pavanjeet makes me feel grounded — just listening to his voice calms me down and rejuvenates me. He has great insight and wisdom, and has been very helpful in assisting me in figuring out how to navigate some deep longterm health issues I am struggling with- as well as how to deal with the stress and anxiety that come along with them. He is always supportive, collaborative, and quick to come to the conversation with helpful and applicable knowledge. He is teaching me how to listen to myself and my inner intuitive self-knowledge - and how to honor myself in this regard.
His work is something everyone (in my opinion) needs to incorporate into their life - especially in this time-sensitive and crazy culture we currently call society, or our ’typical lives.'
I highly recommend him and his courses and 1:1 work and advocate for you to check it out. It is something wonderful and lasting that you can do for you...”
- Kristine, Boulder CO
“Kundalini came into my life during a time of personal crisis. I was struggling to find the emotional and physical strength to begin mending some very ancient and stubborn wounds. Until my first class with Pavanjeet, I had (boldly and naively) rejected yoga as a healing modality; room temperature notwithstanding, I’d just been to too many yoga classes in which the hot air of pseudo-spiritual competition and conceit squelched my breathing. In other words, it had the opposite effect. But desperation is its own form of motivation, and that’s how I arrived in my first Kundalini class with Pavanjeet - as a hard skeptic with a trickle of soft hope.
Not everyone who knows things can teach them. The best teachers have a combination of knowledge, wisdom, and humility that instantly draws you in. They have a youthful optimism and a quirky kind of grit that never seems to compromise credibility or impact. They have the guts to treat vulnerability as a strength. They know how to explain complex concepts in a way that not only simplifies, but makes you feel smart for understanding. They break rules, but only because they’ve first taken the time to learn the rules before deciding that some need to be broken. They teach because they want to share their passion more than their knowledge. They are motivated by feeling, not image. They never preach or profess, always inspire. The relationship that they nurture is not between you and them, but between you and yourself.
When you find one of those kind of teachers, please take note and tell the world. They are a rare and endangered species. Pavanjeet is among them. “
