Practice to Release Inner Anger

Start with the hands in fist directly in front of the shoulders, then vigorously reach the arms forward extending the elbows and opening the hands while chanting “Har!” 

Return the hands to fist in front of the shoulder then extend the arms to the sides parallel to the ground while opening the hands chanting “har” again. 

Alternate bringing hands in fist in front of chest then to the side, repeating these four parts. Move powerfully and chant “Har” using the navel each time the hand open and arms extend. 

Continue for 3 minutes
