In Taoist medicine, this day is the strongest day of the year to connect to the Water element. Water symbolizes the ability to flow with life's challenges and access the wisdom that lies within stillness. We will dive into ways to support personal health through this season, guided by Taoist insights and practices. You’ll learn how to align your body and mind with the natural energies of the Solstice, using Kundalini Yoga and meditation to awaken your inner light.
The session will include:
A brief discussion on Winter’s influence in Taoist medicine and how the Water element can support your well-being
Breathwork, movement, and a Kundalini Yoga kriya designed to fortify the d strengthen your inner radiance
Meditation aligned with the healing energy of this day.

Amanbir is a Herbalist, acupuncturist, musician and Kundalini Yoga teacher with over a decade of experience teaching around the world. He holds a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Cooper Union.
Amanbir has counseled others in astrology and numerology in issues of health, relationships, career, and life choices for over a decade. He draws upon the wealth of Eastern/Chinese Medicine, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Astrology in every session.
