Bring your friends and family to a restorative Sound Bath. On the day of the New Moon in Sagittarius, recharge your joy and optimism with a deep vibrational reset. Four gongs: The 21” Gongland Infinity, 32” Vintage Paiste Symphonic, 36” Brilliant Paiste Gong and 50” Symphonic will be centered in the dodecagon of the Starhouse temple to support release and relaxation.

The journey will start with movement and stretches from Kundalini Yoga and a Special Meditation aligned with the New Moon. Then unwind in an extended Sound Bath to release emotional blocks, open energetic channels and rebalance the nervous system.

No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 7.  It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong. This is a sober event.

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be available at Starhouse.
