2025 Rebirthing & Six Gong Sound Bath

1:00PM-3:00PM - New Year Rebirthing

Start 2025 with a ceremony of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation and gong for clearing the past and being reborn. We’ll start with an overview of the astrology of 2025 then do a special Rebirthing Kriya for the new year. Rebirthings renew the mind, body and spirit from the burdens of subconscious weight. With a powerful set of breathwork, movement and meditation, have cathartic release and set yourself up for a new year of awareness.

All experience levels welcome. Come ready for transformation.

3:30PM-5:00PM - Six Gong Relaxation

Rest, restore and recharge with the vibrations of three gongs in the divine alignment of the Starhouse. The 21” Infinity gong, 28” Paiste Bronze No. 9, 32” Vintage Paiste Symphonic, 34” Vintage Paiste, 36” Brilliant gong and 50” Symphonic gong will be centered in the dodecagon of Starhouse for a cosmic trip and ultimate integration. The journey will start with a meditation followed by an extended deep relaxation as you unwind in sound.

No experience necessary.

The gong is not recommended for anyone pregnant or children under 7.
It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during a gong bath.

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some blankets and cushions available at Starhouse
