No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the gong.
Arrive early. Bring your own yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable laying in the grass.
