Prepare for the caustic astrology of August by tuning into infinite peace and inner healing. Stretch and move to find openness in the physical and energetic bodies. Then practice a Kundalini Meditation for expanding beyond your perceived limitations.

Rest and restore in the cosmic vibrations of the gongs. Eight gongs will be centered in the sacred geometry of the Starhouse. Allow the vibrations of the gong to release emotional blocks, rebalance the nervous system and revitalize you mind, body and spirit.

No experience necessary.

The gong is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or under 7 year olds. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong.

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be available at Starhouse.
