Gentle yogic movement, stretches and breathwork will prepare you to lay back and relax. Then enjoy and absorb the healing sounds of three gongs, chimes and a freenote wave. These sound vibrations can rebalance the body, release stuck tension and calm the mind.
Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the sound bath.
