Then lay back and unwind surrounded by the healing sound of 11 gongs played by three gong artists. This sound journey will support emotional release, energetic realignment and overall healing.

The gong is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or children under 7 year olds. It is not recommended to be intoxicated.

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and cushions will be available at Una Vida.
