Enjoy the uplifting and rejuvenating benefits of Kundalini Yoga in community outside! Join Pavanjeet for a 90 minute class of yoga, meditation, breathwork and gong relaxation in North Boulder Park! All levels welcome!

Bring your own yoga mat and water. Meditation cushion/pillow and a blanket are also recommended. Dress to stretch and for the weather of the day. We meet on the Southwest corner of the park under the trees. Look for Pavanjeet in all white with a silver gong. There are public bathrooms on the other end of the park.
